Marist High School closed out its final NCAA signing day of the school year on April 15 with a large senior class headed to the next level, recognizing 20 RedHawks from the Class of 2026 who have committed to continue their academic and athletic careers in college.
The group covered eight sports, giving Marist one of its biggest spring signing moments of the year.
Baseball accounted for five of the signees. Emmitt Senger and JP Gainer both committed to Loras College, Mark Coffey signed with Lewis University, Trinton Falls committed to Moraine Valley Community College, and Ryan Hinde signed with St. Ambrose University.
Marist also sent Thomas Hollowell to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in boys lacrosse and Julia Simpson to Davenport University in girls lacrosse.
Football made up the largest share of the class. Michael O’Connor signed with the University of Dayton, Marty Donahue with Washington University, Pat Wynn and Ayden Ginn with the University of Wisconsin Platteville, Jack Watson and Kevin Bartolotta with John Carroll University, Finn Kelly with Carnegie Mellon University, and Brandon Hoff with North Central College.

The rest of the class stretched across several more programs.
Shae Halleran signed with Elmhurst College and Sarah Parker with St. Ambrose University in girls wrestling. Tessa Schultz committed to St. Ambrose University for poms and dance, Mollie Berry signed with Daemen University in girls volleyball, and Julia Skol committed to Millikin University in girls soccer.
For Marist, the size of the class stands out as much as the names. This was not a one team ceremony or a single sport carrying the day.
The April group reached from baseball and football to lacrosse, wrestling, dance, volleyball, and soccer, which gave the school a broad signing class to celebrate as the year moved toward the finish.
That point is supported by the school’s April 15 signing page listing 20 athletes across eight sports.
The April ceremony also capped a larger signing year for the RedHawks.
Marist’s 2025 to 2026 signing page shows earlier ceremonies in November and December as well, with additional Class of 2026 athletes already recognized before the final April event. T
he last signing day added another 20 names and gave the school one more strong college commitment story to close the season.
