Veronica Hardy has kept herself in motion this spring, splitting time between camps and cities while continuing the rebuild that has defined her later UFC run.

The Venezuelan flyweight, known earlier in her career as Veronica Macedo, has been training at Great Britain Top Team and has been sharing the work publicly, including a recent post that read, “Another solid week, charged up and ready to go again.”

She followed that with another post that captured the pace of the camp life she has been living, writing, “London to Paris to Belfast. On the road training, learning, and making memories.”

The travel, the training and the repetition fit the way Hardy’s career has evolved. She is not presenting herself as someone finished with the climb. She is still in the middle of it.

Hardy’s place in the UFC picture has been rebuilt step by step.

UFC has profiled her return from a three year layoff, noting that she came back under the Hardy name after marrying Dan Hardy and setting up life in Nottingham.

Another UFC feature on her described her as someone who had learned how to live in the moment again, while the promotion’s own fight previews kept her active on recent cards.

The relationship between Dan Hardy and Veronica Hardy has been part of the MMA conversation for years because both names are tied to UFC history in different ways.

Dan Hardy became a major UFC figure as a former title challenger and analyst, while Veronica, who used the surname Macedo earlier in her career, worked her way through a long stretch of development, setbacks and resets before finding more stable form again.

UFC’s coverage has pointed out that she married Dan Hardy in 2022 and later returned to competition after time away from the sport.

Veronica’s comeback has included layoff recovery, sharper camp structure and a clearer sense of what she wants from the next stage of her fighting life.

UFC described her as someone who reentered the sport with a different perspective, and her own recent posts show a fighter still chasing progress rather than celebrating a finished product.

The timing of her latest training run fits that larger arc. Great Britain Top Team has become part of the environment around her latest push, and the European travel she highlighted suggests a camp built around movement, fresh looks and constant work.

That is the sort of routine fighters usually lean on when they are trying to keep momentum going between fights, especially after a career that has already included long pauses and rebuilds.

For Dan Hardy, the connection is still visible in the way Veronica’s career continues to come back into focus.

For Veronica, it is the more important part of the story that she is still adding wins, still traveling for training and still speaking like someone who expects more from herself.

Veronica Hardy’s UFC journey began under her maiden name Veronica Macedo, entering the promotion at a young age with early promise but an uneven start.

Like many prospects, her early run included setbacks, adjustments in weight class, and time away from competition as she rebuilt physically and mentally.

Over time, she re-emerged more settled and more technically complete. That evolution eventually led to improved consistency inside the octagon, culminating in her recent string of wins and her fifth UFC victory at UFC 320.

What stands out in her current run is not just the results, but the stability around her preparation.

Her training structure now includes long stretches with established camps such as Great Britain Top Team, where she has been posting regular updates about her sessions and progress.
